Our maple syrup, like all products on our farm, is made with care for the land and the future.

Collected in buckets and with gravity driven tubing, sap is boiled over wood harvested from our property to create a tasty treat for you to enjoy on breakfasts, ice cream, or any way you like.

Much of the firewood produced from forest operations goes into making syrup, allowing us to improve the forest while sweetening up the world a little bit.
